Discovery vs. Organization login flows

Stytch supports two main auth flows for login.

1. Organization login: Scoped to a single Organization, end users log in to a particular Organization by visiting an organization-specific URL or by providing the organization_slug. This login flow is a common pattern for B2B authentication.

   

2. Discovery login: End users log in and see all of their associated Organizations. Instead of logging in to each Organization separately, the end user can use the Discovery flow to log in once, return all their memberships, and then select the Organization they wish to authenticate into. Stytch's Discovery flow also provides the option of creating a new Organization for self-serve onboarding.
