What are the eligibility criteria?
- Venture-backed with less than $5M in funding raised
- Less than 3 years since incorporation
- Not an existing paid Stytch customer
- Haven’t redeemed a previous startup deal

What's included in the Stytch Startup Program?
Stytch’s Pro plan includes full branding control, including custom domains, HTML email templates, and more, plus 3 Enterprise SSO Connections (SAML or OIDC) for B2B SaaS apps. Credits can be used on Monthly Active Users, Monthly Active Organizations (for B2B) and on M2M (machine-to-machine) tokens.
Please note that credits cannot be used on SMS or WhatsApp one-time passcodes (OTPs). We use third-party providers like Twilio and MessageBird to send OTPs, so pass through the cost to send OTPs at market rate, with no upcharge.
