Built In announced today that Stytch has been honored in its 2023 Best Places To Work Awards. Specifically, Stytch earned a place on both New York City’s and San Francisco’s Best Startups to Work For.

The annual awards program includes companies of all sizes, from startups to those in the enterprise, and honors both remote-first employers as well as companies in large tech markets across the U.S.

“It’s my honor to congratulate this year’s Best Places to Work winners,” says Sheridan Orr, Chief Marketing Officer at Built In. “These exemplary companies understand their people are their most valuable asset, and they’ve stepped up to meet the modern professional’s new expectations, including the desire to work for companies that deliver purpose, growth and inclusion. These winners set the stage for a human-centered future of work, and we can’t wait to see that future unfold.”

Built In determines the winners of Best Places to Work based on an algorithm, using company data about compensation and benefits. To reflect the benefits candidates are searching for more frequently on Built In, the program also weighs criteria like remote and flexible work opportunities, programs for DEI and other people-first cultural offerings. Stytch is thrilled to be recognized as a Built In Best Places to work award winner.

We're a results-driven team, but we know we’d be nowhere without our company culture and guiding values: ambition and empathy. We want people with a high degree of ownership and drive to make our product the best it can be, but who also care about their team and support each other in our growth as individuals and as a company. While specialized skill sets are also important, we’ve found that those two values help ground and unite us as a team.

From the beginning, Stytch has focused on providing meaningful and challenging work alongside a supportive culture and excellent benefits,. We’re honored that the workplace we’ve put so much energy into building is recognized by our industry, and it’s exciting to be in the company of so many other great technology companies in our area.
